Frequently Asked Questions

 If you can’t find the answer to your question, please get in touch with support@croftwickcandles.co.uk — we’re here to help. 

Our standard processing time is 3 working days. Once your order has been shipped, delivery typically takes 2–3 working days. You’ll receive a notification with tracking details as soon as your order is on its way.


If your order arrives damaged, we will offer a refund or replacement at our discretion. Wherever possible, we will do our best to replace any broken items. Please contact us promptly with photos of the damaged goods so we can resolve the issue as quickly as possible. 


If you need to return an item, please get in touch with support@croftwickcandles.co.uk and we’ll be happy to assist you.

Return requests must be made within 14 days of receiving your order. Items must be returned in a resealable condition and at your own expense. Once your return is approved by customer service, the item must be received within 28 days of the original delivery date.

Please note that we cannot issue refunds for items that are returned damaged or lost in transit.
